This server isn't as bad as everyone is saying, I played it for about a month, and it was pretty fun the deathmatch PvP and all the custom gear is very neat, but besides that the server is pretty stale just a standard 500 server with donates to be honest.

If you're looking to try out this server I'd suggest STOP and look for another. Garbage server nough said. Economy is horrible WoE/PVP is infested with Macros/Bots/RCX/ and other cheats stuff.GM's are useless. Server don't ever update. Former high ratings/review you see is garbage cause the GM's in the server pleaded the players to write a review. The server is dying. Pure garbage.

Blackout is great for people who don't have tons of time, have a little money to spend on games, and enjoy looking awesome, while playing almost any class and easily maxing it out. I'd recommend this server to someone with interests in a next-gen RO experience with donations, and some extreme new level caps, ect.

the is server is fair. the only problem is about the LAG in game. there are many players here who uses MACRO. and this really give them advantage in pvp. and also be careful when selling items coz many players are scammers here.

The other reviews you see are fake. They only wrote a review cause the MODERATOR of the server asked them to. The truth is THE SERVER IS DYING and the GM's aren't doing anything about it truth be told they don't even care anymore. If you look at the website the recent event was done by a PLAYER! When you do see a GM online he/she just stand there for hours not doing nor helping anyone. The only fun you'll get is WOE. Server's terrible. Old players are leaving cause they know the server is dying.

A very good high rate server with a large population. Not only it has a wide array of custom pets, there are many headgears, both official and custom, available through questing and donations. The donation system is very fair; even though the donation items are slightly better than their normal counterparts, you can get them easily through voting and completing surveys. The GMs are present very often, and even if you can't reach them in-game, they're quick to respond through the forums.

Blackout RO is a fun server IMO. There are some people who random in PvP here and there, but otherwise the community is helpful and friendly (most of the time). Leveling is quick with another person or in a party with even share EXP option. Donation level is fair; there are lots of quests to create them (without slots, though) so even free players can obtain them. I only saw about two GMs or so lately. They're not very active but reachable through forums. Some friendly, some not.

There are many adorable custom headgears here which made me fall in love with it. I'm not much into duels/pvp/woe but the headgears just seriously attracted me to it. Everyone is nice and very helpful, and at times very funny. This is one server headgear lovers are sure to enjoy (since it's high rate as well).

I've played a decent MidRate and this is very comparable to it. This server is now worse and is still becoming worse. Very unprofessional GM team (except Biddy's era) which shows unfairness like corruption. They don't forum mod trolls in which players are getting more and more violent. The owner is young and busy. He doesn't have time to check the server (or even update it). The players here aren't so friendly anymore, and I pity those new comers. The IRC is now becoming a place of dread. Sucks.

Awesome server, i just wish game masters would be on more often to help out new players and give them some tips. Anyways, i like this server, guild competition is always fun and pvp's and kvm/flav is always as fun. Goodluck for more years and more players.
